CITY WALKS
Our walks are paid in full in advance through the website payment gateway or any other online transfer modes. We do not encourage cash payments or payment after the walk. In case of cancellations, following is our policy for City Walks.
Cancellations 5 days before the walk: 50% of the amount will be refunded, minus service charges and payment gateway charges.
Cancellations 3 days before the walk: 20% of the amount will be refunded, minus service charges and payment gateway charges.
Cancellations before 48 hours, No Show, or Same-Day Cancellations: No refund will be provided.
Any payment for transport done through us with a transport provider cannot be refunded.
In case there are cancellations from our side due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the amount or extend the validity of the ticket for upto 3 months based on the option chosen by you.
DELAYS
In case of shared walks, you are required to be at the start of the walk in time. If you are late, we will begin the walk in the interest of people who have shown up in time. Even if you have missed the walk, no refunds will be encouraged for the amount already paid. All our walks are paid in advance & we do not encourage on the spot cash payments.
RATES AND PAYMENTS
All rates, unless otherwise specified, are per person in Indian currency as per the quotation or as mentioned on this site. Unhurried does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to natural or man-made calamities such as delays or changes in air, train, bus or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strike, quarantine or other causes howsoever caused and all such losses and expenses incurred must be borne by the passenger.
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
CITY TOURS AND OUT OF CITY TOURS
Apart from the non-refundable deposit which differs for each of our tours and bookings, we also deduct a percentage of your payment dependent on the number of days left till the date of departure. Details are below:
10% before 45 days
50% within 21 days
90% within 7 days
100% within 48 hours
Please note that irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case of high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable.
For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
In the event of any cancellation, refund shall be levied as per the Terms and Conditions on the relevant packages and will at least take 45 working days for processing. All refunds will be payable in Indian currency.
RATES
All rates, unless otherwise specified, are per person in Indian currency as per the quotation or as mentioned on this site. All prices are subject to increase based on revision in fares and fluctuations in the exchange rates. In case of any increase, passengers will have to pay the difference.

Unhurried acts only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways and contractors providing other services and all exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by us are subject to terms and conditions under which these services are provided by them.
PAYMENTS
All cheques / demand drafts / bank transfers / credit card payments must be made payable to Unhurried.
AMENDMENTS
Once a booking has been confirmed, amendments will not be entertained. Transfer from one tour / walk to another will be treated as a cancellation of the previous booking, which will lead to relevant cancellation charges.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors like weather, road conditions, and the physical ability of the participants etc may dictate itinerary changes either before the trip or while on the trip.
We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participant's safety, comfort and general well being. Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines and other service providers etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice.
In case of such changes we can change the rates quoted before the modification, according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check-in and check-out time of the hotels until or unless indicated in the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of nature, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements on their own. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
Any photographs taken by Unhurried team or photos shared with us by a visitor while on an Unhurried experience will be used for marketing purposes. Please explicitly mention to the guide if you do not wish photographed before the experience starts.
